Do custom rosters work in exhibition play. I made one and once I started a season it was gone except in my season.

You just have to load them.

Did you "save" them before starting your season? If not, they'll only be in your season.

The best thing about using custom rosters in exhibition mode is, except for 42,
all other retired uniform #'s are open to use.

Do you guys know what program the OSFM guys use to make their rosters? I want to be able to make roster updates.
