A few CAP requests from the Draft (CHiSox)

Obviously there have already been a few Rodons in the vault for a while (dl'd one about a month ago because I felt the Sox were going to get him for some reason) but I was wondering if anyone could create the second round pick Spencer Adams (was projected to go in first round) and third round pick Jace Fry (who Hahn said could soar through the minors into the MLB at some point next year). Would love to have the high potential arms in the system. Thanks!
