do players come off loans from CPU teams? I've been dying to get Kevin Muller but he's is still on loan

it frustrates me cuz I'm in season 2 and he's just the player I'm looking for to complete my team

They are on loan to CPU teams, yes. If you want to nab him before he gets another loan deal, just add him to your watch list (forget the name) and check back every so often.

they dont usually do two years
