Starting Manager Career Mode

Hey everybody,

I just borrowed Fifa 14 for PS4 from a friend and want to start a new manager career mode. I am new to soccer (futball) games but from playing other sports games I know my favorite part is using teams that aren't very good/popular that have young players with potential and building them up through trades/signings or in this case transfers. So to get to the point, can you recommend some teams to use that fit the bill? Thanks

I'd start one with FC Shakhtar, young talented team rated in the high 70s. Can really build on the talent, and make them a force.
