Am the Phillies, in first year and my Current Roster Strategy is set to Rebuilding. Is there a way to change that?

If you are controlling the Phillies....it won't matter much.(unless you are handing over the contract/signings/trades portion of the GM duties to the CPU....even then, you can override them_
This is really more of an issue with those doing franchises with other teams.)
tabarnes has submitted a bug report on this...hopefully it gets addressed in a patch.
