ball is thrown to wrong base

this happened now 4-5 times to me - im on defense one runner on first base then a ground ball to the ss - i press the circle button to throw to the first base but the ball is thrown to the second base and all runners are save

fielding with button only without meter

anybody has this also happened or any idea what is going on there? when nobody is on base it works correct

Why are you not trying to turn 2 anyway? Or is it 2 outs?

when you say 4-5 times, is that in the same game or different times?

1. double play was not possible cause the runners on first had a good jump with good stealing attributes so i just wanted to make the safe out at first

Did you que up triangle to throw from catcher to second on the steal attempt on a swing and miss? I do that a lot....see the runner break and hit triangle...the guy hits it and my fielder throws to second if I don't cancel the throw

I had this happen for the first time to me today. CPU hit a dribbler to 3rd, I ran up holding O, yet 3rd baseman threw it to home. It was pretty weird, but only time I have seen it happen so far.

Are you sure you're on Button throwing, and not Analog throwing?

nope - only thing i did was throw to first with the pitcher to keep the runner close - so that cant be the reason
