Franchise: incomplete minor league rosters question

Sorry about the slightly complicated question. I just can't seem to get an answer by running tests and I thought more experienced franchise players might know.

The question is...
On full 30 team control, when recovering injuries cause minor league rosters to get out of whack, you get a notice that the AAA lineups or rotations are incomplete. If you choose autofix, does that ONLY address those lineup or rotation problems or does it also start messing with AA, and MLB lineups if compensations need to be made?

I believe it only auto fixes the issue at hand, coz I'm 99% sure I remember getting those same messages for each and every roster issue whether it be in triple A or double A.

Right, ok. Sounds right.
I was just wondering, in a situation where you autofix the roster and that autofix causes them to dig into the other divisions to fill the gaps for whatever reason.

From my experience, the auto-fixing option will NOT affect your MLB roster (unless that's what needs auto-fixing). If it pops up in relation to one of your affiliate teams and you choose to use it, the CPU should just fix the issue using your minor league players from all of your other minor league teams.
