RTTS Age?

In past years of The Show you have been able to create a player of any age (up to a point). This year it seems the player can only be 18-22 years old. Is there any way around this? I heard you can age your player by going back to school but I'm not sure how many times you can do that.

you can go back to school/university if you dont wish not to sign to the team that drafted you. maximum is 4 years...so if you go back and spent 2 years...after the 2nd draft you want to go back again...you have option either 1 or 2 years more.
