No ... because last year when I did this sort of thing, I ended up making the team too good and it was not as much fun. This is a game, it's does not behave the same way the real world works. In game, Blackmon has not hit as many home runs as he has in the real world, but I am still happy with the offense he has generated. As far as Nolan is concerned, Arenado started off slow struggling at the plate in April. But he has turned things around in May and he is 2nd on the club behind only Rosario in home runs. I am actually more disappointed and confused with Cargo's lack of home run production. It's not like he doesn't have good power ratings. But he's only got 3 home runs in 40 games.
However in the real world the Rockies are 23-17 and in 2nd place whereas in the game, my version of the Rockies are 24-16 and also in 2nd place. Not bad. Of course it's still early in the season.
