Adjusted Overall Franchise Mode?

I read something about adjusted overall in RTTS? I understand this shows your overall based on your performance. I haven't started a RTTS yet, but is adjusted overall in franchise mode to somewhere and I am just missing it?

Great question, I sure hope so. I love how you can the expectations of players and how they are performing. Surely it is, but I have not ran into it yet.

I'd love to know where this lives within Franchise mode as well. I've searched and haven't found it. Anyone been able to yet?

I think it's more of a natural occurrence that takes into account performance and energy. Have to watch your players to know. I have never used overall as a way to judge or predict results. Skill attributes = potential. Performance = performance. Attributes + Performance - Age = Paycheck.

Yes, I understand.

But I'm looking for the specific in-game mechanic that factors in performance for an adjusted overall. It's within RTTS, and I believe they mentioned it would be in Franchise mode as well. I'm curious to see if it changes the way the CPU controlled teams manage their roster. But can't seem to find it.
