Been playing the vita version since release and went to "loud franchise from cloud" on the ps4 version, only to be told no cloud saves exist.

I feared this would happen, but was assured it would work.

My vita version is the Europe version and the ps4 is the US version (again was told this would definitely work) and I'm signed in with the same PSN account.

Any ideas? Anyone got this to work ok?
