Are people getting errors with the slider set at default?
I'm not sure I wanna play with this slider but I wanna make sure errors are possible.

Yea, the CPU had an error in my 1st and only game last night. The CPU 3rd basemen had a throwing error on a play at first base. I hit a slow dribbler to the 3rd basemen and the throw short hopped the 1st basemen, who tried to pick it...and of course they charged the error to the 3rd basemen.
