Coaching upgrades
Has anyone seen a difference in player development or drafting on e your coaches are maxed out? Also does anyone have any tips to training players on e they are the roaster. I've tried boosting player rates based in their weaknesses with a minor on their strengths but that formula doesn't seem to work.
