Can you blame him? I wouldn't want to be tied to Madden either - working on something that never reaches it's potential. It's a shame though, because he was one of the few talented folks that work on this game. I think he made a positive difference in a game that has grossly underachieved for a decade.

I wish him luck and hope he does well.

I don't mind people having problems with Madden, but it seems unfair to make assumptions about why somebody left to fit an agenda...

Not saying anything out of the ordinary here, or mean anything negative towards Victor Lugo, who I don't know on a personal level, but people are replaceable.

I'm sure there are other Victor Lugo's out there.

And let me add I wish him well with his next endeavor.

It could have been because there was a better opportunity out there. That's why most people are motivated to leave.
