Issues With Updating Please Help!!!

I'm having trouble on updating content. It shows it updating but then I dont see the shoes or jerseys it updates. I just had trouble with my custom shoes and I went to my settings and deleted them from my storage unit. I want to be able to use the new jerseys and shoes. but now its completly gone and I cant find them. Please help

After 4000 minutes (13 mins actually) of waiting, it worked. It was a latin night jersey update. But i cannot use them in my custom roster because my custom roster is so sick. Oh well, the jerseys look good too. Hate this drm thing.

Ugh. The jerseys don't even show up for me, they're just white. Even downloaded the latest roster update from 2k and Royce White isn't on the kings so I know it isn't right

I have been trying to update for 3 days now and I've gotten nothing. I've done everything like deleting files etc to try to get it through but its just not working for me

Now my game freezes whenever it says loading shoes please do not turn off your console. It does it at the startup screen and after you play a game it will freeze at the shoe loading part. It has happened to me 9 times now. I do not want to delete all the shoes i have created.
