Advice on Goal-line offense? How do I punch it in effectively?

I have Marcel Reece playing as Oakland. Problem is, he must be too fat, because he can't get through the running lanes and just falls backwards after the first guy he hits. He's supposed to be a 93'ish overall FB, yet he cant make a dent in most goalline runs.

Meanwhile, QB sneaks are awful. Despite having the speedy Terrell Pryor as my QB, once he gets the handoff, he kinda pauses in place for some reason and takes too long to accelerate. I think this was EA's way of removing QB sneaking as cheese.

I've heard I can hurdle either with precision+Square (PS3) or Triangle, but if you get clogged in the backfield like I often do, then forget about that happening.

So I've pretty much come to this conclusion: Inside goalline runs are awful. Don't bother (prove me wrong though).
