how effective is microwav . sig skill?

How much does microwave or being on fire effect/improve. A players abilitie?

I bought the sig skill microwave for my. Athletic small forward (trying to make him similarto kevin durant)

67 ovr
78 dunk
51 3pt

I've just started playing last week with the Knicks, I believe Melo has it and last night was playing a Game 7 vs Brooklyn in the playoffs. First quarter he hit his first 4 shots and was on fire for about the whole first quarter. I would post him up and abuse them down low.....they would throw double teams at the top of the key almost every time so I would kick the ball out for open 3s. Finished with like 17 points in 8 minute quarter after the first alone. He does have really high ratings too obviously so don't know how effective it is for lower rated players.

I'm not sure how useful it is in MyPlayer, but I know it can be pretty handy to have. Jae Crowder has it in my Association and he scored 12 points (3-4 from 3-point range) in one quarter. I would say it helps.

I know in my Association that players that have it can get hot quickly. The only player on my Pacers that has that sig is Copeland and I rarely use him, so dont have much experience using a player with it.

It seems broken to me in my career. When I have it equipped I miss more.

I bought it for mycareer and it seems to be broken. When i equipped it, i missed more wide open shots than never. i would miss like 4 or 5 shots in a row.

Damn! I already bought the skill....but havent been able to test it out yet.....seems the 2k servers went to crap right after i bought the skill
