My career all star injury glitch 2k14 Xbox 360 question.
I am in my rookie year and I have finished the all star game and I made the all star game. After that I looked at injuries because I saw a player that was out for the season and he came back (Spencer Hawes). I know this happened last year and I just want to know if Injuries come back years later down the road or, do they never happen for as long as I play My player?

I hope someone can answer this question for me, thank you.
