Do signature skills work in the park?

Does anyone know about this? I have looked at a lot of places and no one has an answer.

Yes it does

The way I know is my center's brick wall works on the park when defenders fall when I set a pick.

Not everyone has that. I have an athletic SF and my cap won't allow me to buy lockdown defender.

Not true...most people use athletic/scoring SF's and their on ball def only goes to an 85 thus meaning they can't get the sig skill.
