I was looking for a competitive league to play in and I have been in other leagues and stumbled on this league. The website is

You have to register to get in the league but I'll be honest it's one of the most organized leagues i have seen. They are even starting up a separate league for the xbox one. They have over 1,100 members and growing. If anyone is looking for a competitive atmosphere besides the boring old pro clubs I think this may be a place to try. They have leagues for both the 360, and the one starting now. They are looking for owners, and managers, and players. So if anyone is interested I would recommend that you go take a look.
