Who do you think is better any of the recent Alabama national championship teams, or the early 2000's Miami Hurricanes teams? I'd go with the U because of all those great players they've had. Dorsey, Vilma, Winslow, Mcgahee, etc... In my book I don't think the Alabama teams compare to the U in its heyday

You mean the early 2000s U that won only 1 championship in that time frame against the Alabama that won 3 in the last 4 years?

Better yet, the U was pretty good in the 90s also. So do you mean the U that won 2 championships my entire time on this earth against Alabama that won 3 in the last 4 years?

Well it doesn't really work that way. The rules are different, hell even football players are different now.

In one game, 2001 Miami would probably win. In multiple (10) games, 2011 Alabama wins 6 or 7.
