Xbox one connection issues/default clothing SOLVED!

For those who ever get the same issues I did (blank myteam, default clothing only, can't join park or locker rooms, NBA highlights stuck on "acquiring") removing my gamertag from console, then reloading it fixed everything!

(I did watch full intro and change myplayer eyes straight after reloading gamertag).

My corrupted saves were not fixed with this though, but all my other issues seem to be (lag notwithstanding)

Glad you found a fix. I was just playing MYTEAM, unplugged my headset, and bam, I got hit with the dashboard cheese. This is ridiculous. Unplug my mic, get booted.

Sorry you had this issue. I posted this solution a while ago. You can also just hard reset your console. However, I noticed it only happens when the game connects before the intro.

You can also quit the app before it connects again at the menu and that fixes it also incase it happens again to you.

These workarounds do not work for all. I have done all and still have the default clothing glitch.

If possible can you let me know exactly when you did a hard reset, or any other steps?

I cannot understand why 2kmakes it nearly impossible to find any solutions which have actually worked for some

Yeah no problem.

A hard reset is turning your console off then unplugging the console, waiting 10 seconds then plug it back in and load up the game.

I also noticed another way that fixes it. On XB1, cover your camera and manually log into your profile when the console loads. Then load the game. It should make you watch the intro. At the end of the intro it will ask you what profile you want to use. Select yours and it should have the dressing room working normal now.
