2K Support's Response to Corrupted MyCareer

So I emailed 2K Support about a month and a half ago because all 3 of my MyCareer files were corrupted and not working at all. All my progress and VC lost...you know what, whatever, no big deal honestly. Just wipe my saves and let me start over and give me the VC back...but no.

After my original email (A MONTH AND A HALF AGO) this is my reply...

okay so what you need to do is get picture proof of your corrupted files

Sold unplayable product.
Sold product that does not work according to advertisement.

Consumer's Desired Resolution:
Full refund

01/17/2014 WEB BBB RECEIVE BUSINESS RESPONSE : This customer appears to have encountered an issue in NBA 2K14 that the development team is aware of. The team has been investigating solutions for this issue during the past few weeks, and has submitted an update to our partners at Microsoft and Sony that we believe will resolve this customer's issue. Though the submission process with Microsoft and Sony for updates can take up to 10 to 14 days for final approval and release, we are working with our partners to minimize the wait time for 2K14 players to receive this update. We're continuing to work with this customer on his open support request.

01/22/2014 WEB BBB RECEIVED CONSUMER REBUTTAL - SEND TO BUSINESS : (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The product has been unusable since November 2013. Two months is a long time for a product not to work as advertised. They are using the consumer to beta test their product. Basically we (the consumer) paid 2K $60 to work for them. That is unacceptable.

Yup, I did this and one day later my ticket was answered. Got all my EARNED 300K+ VC refunded immediately. I created the ticket then the complaint. I got the reply from my original ticket 4 days after creation.

But people here just argued with me that it wasn't the BBB complaint that made them answer because they "heard from someone else it doesn't work".

It was def the BBB complaint. I waited 16 days after submitting multiple tickets to 2K support before I filed my complaint with the BBB

Funny thing is, while waiting for them to reply to my email I also filed a complaint to the BBB....

All I asked was for my VC to be refunded and my corrupted files to be erased, I got the same response on there a day after 2K Support sent me that email.

So I guess now I gotta wait (some more) for this garbage @$$ update to come in and PROBABLY still not work.
