My mycareer player is currently a 91 overall, yet when I went to use him at the park, all of his ratings(including his overall) plummet down to a 25, essentially rendering him immobile and useless on the court. Has anyone else come across this? If so, have you found any way to fix it?

Its a corrupt file. Gotta hit up 2K support and hopefully they can help.
