M25 32 team control CFM

Sorry if this is already in rotation but the thread suggestions didnt show anything that asks what im asking

Does 32 team cfm work jus it did in M12?
Can we fire coaches and hire other staff?
If we decide to retire the owner does it become a generic owner or does a real life owner take his place?
Are we able to assign playbooks to each team and they stick?
Can we assign the playbook to the cpu before each game using the second controller workaround?

what do you feel are the pros and cons of 32 team cfm in M25?
