XBOX ONE issues....anybody have a fix??

Literally I can't even get to the main menu...has this happened to anyone? What was the fix? 2k support is useless


I load the intro video and everything then get to this screen for 30secs before getting kicked back to XBOX HOME

I've heard of this issue as well. I was experiencing crashes back to the dashboard while in game, but the last patch fixed that issue. I don't know that there's any fix for it, nor what the problem even is that's causing it to not even load the main menu. If you haven't already, try a few searches of the forums. Otherwise the only hope would seem to be that 2K recognizes the issue and fixes it in their next patch. Whenever that is.

Have you tried deleting the installed portion of the game, reinstalling with your console online? Once it's finished, connect your Xbox back online and download the patch.. I've heard of this working for what you're describing

Does it boot you back to the xbox one dashboard or does it hang on that screen?

Are you using a disc or was this a downloaded game?

If you are using a disc, is your disc in the console when you do this?

Do you have any other games that work on your console?

Just a start on some questions. But I doubt I have a solution. I have an issue with both Madden 25 and AC4 where, after installing the game and trying to play it, I get booted right back to the Xbox One dashboard. I've been on the phone with Microsoft today and they don't have a solution, they're escalating.

Just delete the game from the HD, unplug your wifi, then reinstall. When ever you want to play, before you put in the disc just unplug your wifi connection.

You will be able to play. I do this for my season mode. I will keep doing this until they fix the issues with the game, i don't care about the online stuff so this work sfo rme

How do you delete the game from xbxox one can't find how too. Also anyone know how to delete maybe just the patches. Cuz to me after the last patch defense is so bad guys slide all over the place and is unplayable to me know
