MyCareer Accessories Not Saving

I picked up NBA 2K earlier this week. It's my first NBA game since ESPN NBA 2k5, and so far it's okay. I'm not good at it, but I have been enjoying MyCareer mode. BUT! For the love of me I can't get the game to save my custom accessories. I don't have internet access currently to connect to the 2k servers, but still it says it's saving, and when I reload it my undershirts, sleeves and whatever else is back to default.

Is this a problem on my end? Or, do I just need to be connected to the servers to save something that is offline??

You probably need an internet connection.

I have an Internet connection and I'm having the same problem. Now I can't even find the option to change gear in the menus where you are between games. They were there when I could change them now they're gone.

You have to go to "Features" on the main options menu and then you can go to the champs store to buy all of your accessories, including shoes. But I think you need to sign a shoe endorsement prior to being able to wear purchased shoes in my career. But you can wear them in the park and on blacktop.

Dang, I was hoping it would be fixable in the MyCareer mode. When I go to the MyPlayer section of the Features I don't have any options regarding accessories. It just gives me the general categories to customize, and no option to switch off of general. I must need the internet for the Champs Sports store? Or am I missing something else here?

I dont mean to hijack your thread but since we're talking about accessories, I for the life of me can't get my player to wear socks. He wears no shows all the time and it drives me crazy. I throw on ankle wraps but I get tired of having to switch them from black to white for home/away games. Don't even see a place to purchase socks or wear it would be. Is this something I just have to deal with?

Hi man...I have the same problem as you, for some reason I can't my accessories in My Career mode.


Also, there is no Champ Store in "Features", only the normal settings.


I hope someone can help us with this.
