MY CHARACTER GOT DELETED

So I logged in today on NBA 2k14 and My 99 All level 3 signature skills got deleted WTF 2k!!!!!!! Not only are servers trash but you are going to delete my character too?!?!?!?!?

My 81 SF got deleted a couple days ago too. Since then I have tried to start to new myplayers and both times I played the showcase got draft, stopped playing and came back later just to see my save file corrupted. But Microsoft doesn't feel I deserve.my money back... Can't play any other game modes either.

If you are playing on PS4, download the save files in your starage settings. Mine got deleted too but this fixed it.

Tried multiple times and they give the same busy message and don't even put me on hold the hang up. I know its not Microsoft's fault but I deserve my money back, since I downloaded it they only people I can get a refund from is Microsoft.

Okay, I think mine got deleted also...

I popped in 2k14 (XO) and it brought me straight to CHOOSE YOUR MyPLAYER. Does that mean my old one is gone? And I lost all my VC/Stats, etc..
