I'm getting this problem when trying to use my VC on skill points, etc. Anyone else having this problem? Is this part of their on going server problems?

This happened to me also. I hate 2K's servers, but love the game so much that I still play it.

Just keep trying. That's what I do. Sometimes they will prompt you with a msg saying server is down but if u try it for a few times, u might be able to get wad u wan.
