Are you building your franchise on a "scrambling" or "pocket passer" quarterback?

Wanted to get the communities opinion on who they are trusting their football franchises with, the new age "scrambling" quarterback or the old school "pocket passer". I am in a debate myself on which direction I want to go. Running pistol/option is fun to do but there is the obvious injury risk that is being taken along with lesser accuracy. Whereas the traditional pocket passer will pick a defense a part with arm power/accuracy. Thanks for the help!

I always make my choice based on the type of oline I am planning on having. If I know that I am going to have a bad line for a few yrs then I am going with a runner and through those yrs working on all of the throwing issues that he has. and Vice versa with the strong line pocket passer. I can say though that I have had way more fun with pocket passers than runners. IMO runners are cheese on this yrs game due to people just running everyone on streaks and then taking off.

Because of the game making starting QB's "immune" to injury if you only carry two QBs on your roster (which IMO makes scrambling QBs over-powered), I prefer pocket passers. But it's obviously it's better if they're a Rodgers/Luck/Newton type that can make powerful and accurate throws from the pocket, but also scramble as well if the pass protection breaks down or if the downfield coverage is tight, or to just run the option.

I prefer pocket passers. If they got enough speed to move around the pocket like a Flacco or Rodgers, then that is preferred.

Rolling with the pocket passer, I like my three step drops with a cannon arm into tight spaces. Though, qb boots are always fun lol
