Help me tailoring my offence

Im in my 10 year of CFM, and my receivers are not the focal point of my offence like they once were. Now tes and rbs are my main weapons, please help me design an offence and order this for this particular group of guys.

I'm in the same situation. My Offense is TE and HB driven. Make your fastest TE your 3rd TE as he will often be split out in a 2-3 TE formation. Mostly for blocking but also for pass catching. Look under "share" for my offensive playbook. It was shared on 12-30-2013. Under the ID LikeUntoGod Dumb name of 25 plays or something, could not figure out how to change the name of it................
