When do you get your new agent?

In MyCareer, when do you get the chance for a new agent? I'm keeping my guy because apparently he gives me Nike + Jordan endorsements, but I want to know when it happened to you.

On the thunder, 99 ovr SF, 6th man 28 minutes (They won't start me over KD, noob coach) was Rising Stars MVP, ASG MVP, Player of the Month/week every month/week, and I'm 1 game off the break (I put in a BB to beat Miami)

I've heard before ASG, but is it affecting me that I'm starting? I'm giving all the right answers to questions too and I've outplayed KD in every category but minutes.

I've played about 3 more games that had really good numbers. Nothing. I'm worried, is it because I'm not starting?

Buying vc doesn't get you to the new agent any quicker.

I got the option about 10 games before the all star game

I got it somewhere before the all star break on my PG couldn't tell you the exact number of games but i think i was around 1-2 weeks from the all star event

My new agent offer came up around the All-Star Break as well. I stayed with my friend and got the Nike/Jordan offer 1st Round of the Playoffs.

One thing I'm confused about the deal is... Now what? MyPlayer Dressing Room doesn't have any new shoes or clothes because of the deal. Besides the 7k initial endorsement, what's it do?
