International/Regional Tournaments/Cups In Next-Gen Version?

Obviously the World Cup isn't here, but does anyone know how many cups there are in FIFA14, and which regions have them? I'm trying to decide if I should ditch my MLS career mode or not.

I don't think the CONCACAF tournament is here, but I guess that could maybe be viewed as a qualifier for the World Cup anyway.

Are there any international or regional club cups? Am I going to be really bored playing as a MLS team?

Europe has Champions league and Europa league on the club level. European Chamionship on the International level(qualifiers and the tourney)

South America(plus Mexico) has Copa Libertadores with I believe is 16 teams at the club level. South America Cup International level.

The World Cup is in CM but qualifiers are limited to Europe and South America. USA for example automatically qualifies for the World Cup every year.

MLS, Korea, Australia, and Saudi Arabia have no Cups other than demestic cups.

I wish EA would fix it so that maybe these other leagues competed in a "rest of the world" type cup or something to make them more fun to play. Also make the USA, Mexico, Korea, ect,,, have to qualify against each other for world cup

I wish they would add the FIFA Club WC.

Same here. It's really a waste to have ROTW teams.

Oh, bummer. So there's no international-style Club cup, huh?

I guess I should quit my MLS CM, then. That blows. Thanks.

You could put MLS teams in Football league 1 or 2 in England if you want to play in cups. Or put them in the Mexican league to play in the Copa libertadores.

Yea, I did this last year with my virtual pro. Pretty boring. Its a shame because I'd like to get to know the MLS a little better but there just not enough to do tourney wise especially if you create your pro as an american (no WC qualifying).
