WR running plays?

I haven't played much Madden 25 yet this year and was wondering if anyone knew the formation and play that I can use to get Percy Harvin some carries? I can't find one and can't put Harvin in at RB (dumb).

Any help would be appreciated.

There's End around plays, where the Receiver comes in motion and takes the handoff, that's usually on a 5 wide formation, I'm not sure if you can change the player packages to get a receiver in the backfield! Sorry!

Why does Madden limit this so much? You should be able to put a WR in at RB or move a DE like Cliff Avril to OLB inside the game.

u can use him in the wildcat formation to get some carries there was a way to get the wr in backfield just cant remember now I believe u had to motion him into the backfield???

The fullhouse pistol formation in the Colts playbook lets you put a WR in the backfield but it has to be your 3rd WR. The Bills playbook has a pistol formation where you can put your 4th WR in at QB which is interesting especially if you are using the Bills and have Goodwin playing QB.

You can put him as the 3rd down back. As long as it is 3rd and 5 or longer he will sub in the backfield.

I am pretty sure you can put DE avril in at OLB through depth chart - auto depth chart put him there for me in the beginning, which I very much didn't wanted D:

WR at HB limitation is probably to try and reduce online abuse of the fragile game mechanics that madden is built upon :/ Kind of like how you are not allowed to change WR to other positions in offseason, even if a player first was changed to WR- he cant change back
