Looks like an excellent defensive team, especially if you plug in Matthews and Gibson for Butler and Stoudemire.

That being said, I imagine offense might be hard to come by. You seem to have set up a pick and roll-oriented offense with shooters to kick out to in case the defense collapses, but I feel like that can only work a finite amount of times during the game, especially with the way AI defenses are set up to adjust to how the user plays. Korver and Miller are kind of redundant, especially with Butler/Matthews on the team. Maybe try to swap one of them for a guy who can create his own shot off the bench? Like a Nick Young or a Jamal Crawford? Though Amare should suffice for now, try to add a low post scorer which may be prove to be a difficult task considering how there are very few competent guys that fit such a profile. Just my opinion, of course. If you're winning games and having a good time, don't change a thing.

Speaking of defense I actually traded Allen and Barbosa for Jrichardson and a random PG with good shot and better passing then Barbosa. Allen was making offense 10x harder without having a SG that can shoot, Barbosa pass is like 60 so he wasnt a good backup and his shot is soooo slow but the new backup has like 75 med 80 3 and 73 passing so thats a little better. So far im off to a 2-0 start, its looking good!

I may be starting him at the 2 since I traded Allen

I think the current jazz team is better. I'd start Barnes over Jefferson and make him the go to scorer.

My bench plays more mins than some of my starters so they do plenty of scoring. I go small ball a lot eith barnes or even franklin at the 4
