Servers down? or is my game now broken too?

I havent been able to load up mycareer all day now. "This save requires an active connection to the 2k sports servers." is all that I can get. Nothing wrong with the internet on my end I'm able to connect to it and i've tried restarting my router.

Are the 2k servers down right now? Or am I now one of the many others who for some reason cant connect to the servers and play this game at all?

Haven't had any problems so far connecting to the servers before today and have a few weeks into myCareer.

Whenever that happens to me i just restart the console or did you already do this? if that doesn't work have to wait till the servers work

Im not sure why its giving you that because im playing it right now

yeah i've restarted my console 4-5 times trying to fix it..
I tried about 4 hrs ago and it was doing the same thing. So i figured the servers must have been down. Came home after running some errands and it still wont connect to the 2k servers.. (xbox one)

hmm anyone out there on the xbox one that also cant connect to the servers? I'm hoping it's not just my issue. Pretty crazy that we can't load up an offline mode and play it if there are server issues..

that's the same message i get when trying to play mycarrer or mygm. started a week ago and no fix yet.

i can't even delete mycarrer or my gm saves, i'll hit delete, they disappear but they just show up again when i reboot my console...

only mode i'm able to play at the moment is my team and quickplay. hopefully this **** gets fixed in this 'big' patch #3

well this is ridiculous, cant do anything except for play a quick game now.

So much for "next gen". Seems we've taken quite a few steps backwards.
