Converting a 2k12 roste to 2k13

Does anyone have some direction on what the process is for converting a roster from 2k12 to 2k13. The price was finally what I wanted to pay and I picked up MLB 2k13 and I'd like to convert my 1998 roster into 2k13 and finish it up.

Alright after messing with the roster, looks like I'll be doing a lot of cutting and pasting. Played around with putting Ryne Sandberg and Andre Dawson back in the game and it worked. So guess I'll start working on getting the 1998 converted.

How did you convert it?

I'm using REDitor, and it's working pretty well so far.
