Run plays for him, or freelance using you ball handler, set a screen with Dirk and have him pop out, dish him the ball for spot up mid range J's all day long

As said before, post him up and then either do moves or you can face up. There's probably some good plays for him too. I'm not the biggest user of pick and roll/pop myself but that would probably be awesome with him too.

Pick and fade or ask him to post up, then do a turnaround fadeaway shot. Can probably hit 80% of his shots.
