Few questions about playing online

1. I have played 3 games and i am yet to get 1 perfect release, even though if i use those players offline i get a perfect release at least 6/10 shots. What am i doing wrong?

2. Is there a way to use the offline playbook for a team? There is no way to practice the only playbooks?
2a. Is there a way to make a custom playbook with handpicked plays from all the different teams?

If I had to take a guess, it sounds like you play offline more. There IS a difference between the two in speed. As I am a little thrown off by the speed offline because I primarily play online. So you aren't necessarily doing anything wrong, you just need time to adjust.

I thought it was my internet connection causing it to run slow. This is how it is for everyone? I can't time jumpers either. Plus I turn the ball over a TON because I don't have the pacing or timing down. Rebounding is a challenge too. I haven't tried PS4 yet though, wondering how it compares with PS3.

Regarding point 1: There is significant input lag online.
