The Lombardi Trophy PS4 League

kThe Lombardi Trophy league is an OS hosted sim style Madden 15 league for users that enjoy playing others straight up and we have a great group of core guys that played in our Madden 25 league. This league is for mature players that just want to play sim football without the drama and the cheese and we all take our losses.

We're currently in the Super Bowl Week of season 1 so we cleaned house a little to get new users in that are mature and active in order to start season 2 on the right foot. If you're an active mature player we'd love to have you join. This is a perfect time to join sense you can re-sign, trade, and draft players right from the start and get your roster set. We don't have any crazy trades so the rosters are good.

The league rules and settings are bellow and we'll have open discussion for any additional rules.

Advance Schedule: Tuesday, Friday, Sunday at 10:00pm EST (we'll advance sooner if all users are ready)

Settings:
All Pro (Custom sliders and open for discussion)
10 Minute quarters with 20 sec runoff (open for discussion)
Normal Game Speed


Gameplay Rules:

- No switching players while ball is on the air

- No going for it on 4th down unless behind in the 4th quarter with less than 5 minutes to play

- No fake punts

- No onside kicks unless behind in the 4th quarter with less than 5 minutes to play

- No running the same play over and over again or just running the same 3-5 plays all game (mix it up)

- No milking the clock unless inside 3 minutes in the 4th quarter (less than 8-10 seconds continually)

- No dropping back 15 to 20 yards or sprinting right all the time with the QB.

Rules shall be amended at the discretion of the commish and addressed in the rules thread


Trades:

- Teams are allowed 2 trade slots per season

- Trades must be submitted in the trade thread and approved by the commish


Free Agency:

- All players cut need to be posted in the Free Agency Thread so all league members are notified.

- Once a player is released anyone can sign them to their team.
