I'd say Rotation is, because whatever you set for the minutes the guys that have them will play, and if kept on auto subs the rotation players will play. On Fatigue it won't play players who's energy isn't 100.

Fatigue even though that's bad especially for bigs

the rotations are just completely screwed up

Where is rotation? I have been unable to even practice with my 13-15 players. How can I adjust the rotations?

Once you get into the myGM or Season mode, go to the roster page and you cycle through it with the triggers (XB1). I do not think you can adjust the rotations from the ROSTER page outside of a game menu. I may be wrong, but I have only had the game a couple days.

They should add a hot/cold feature to rotations so that someone like Melo when hes cold he will be pulled or you could decide to leave him out there and have him miss all of his little isolation shots

It's under roster creator then press R2 to change to team rotation.

In theory, rotation. But, I don't like how they will pull someone who is hot, or someone who is playing well, because the 10th man hasn't gotten his 10 minutes.
