No, come on now. Sorry guys, this is my first time doing the Raw thread and I clearly don't know how this works or what I am doing. I'll just be honest with you. The current WWE Champion and face of WWE is:



Now that we have that cleared up, we're fresh off a [s]TERRIBLE[/s] terribly exciting Survivor Series and three weeks out from TLC.

This means we should develop a story involving the the US champion doing nothing.

Damien Sandow slipping closer and closer into Ziggler Status.

Big Slow/Henry/ADR/Great Khali or somebody else we don't care about and know won't win, will become an immediate contender for a title for no apparent reason.

Michael Cole steps up his game this week and calls a belly to bell suplex a suplex instead of a throw. He still leaves out the belly to belly part, but he's working on it, he's still kinda new at this.

Oh wait, how could I forget. We get the much anticipated special host



Sorry that guy's not hosting Raw this week, his teeth are too close together, but I'm expecting some shenanigans regardless.

In closing, almost everything I just mentioned doesn't really matter, because this happened:



And we'll be lucky to get out of this storyline before Wrestlemania XXX.

The PPV's & the build up FOR the PPV matches have been pretty damn weak this year. they START in some good directions but then idlely wait & push the wrong people from week to week only to try to "rush-push" the RIGHT person just before the PPV.

IMO WWE has botched the majority of their angles this year. the whole "face of the company" theme should have been between Bryan & Cena (in THAT order) & that feud should be carrying into Mania. If Punk isn't tied into that picture some how; his SINGLE beef should be with Bray Wyatt... if THAT didnt happen; The Shield should be in a standing feud with The Wyatts & Cesaro should be getting his proper push about now.

The proper Mania builds start from the Royal Rumble so i guess we shouldn't be TOO upset about Survivor Series being literally THROWN together because thats what they've done for the last few years now.

As or tonight:
I don't expect much.

At best we get some of the mid-carders starting to make their transitions upward (hopefully). I'm talking Cesaro, Reigns, probably Big E & lets get Ziggler back into that picture.

We'll get some crappy diva BS

oh did i forget the EVER tantalizing Kofi Kingston - Miz feud?!

NOTHING of real significance for Daniel Bryan & Punk to do.

Some sloppily thrown together beginnings to feuds for The Wyatts (who should NOT have lost last night) & The Shield (who will likely be improperly booked after a VERY interesting win & hint at a specific push at Survivor Series

& lasty... more Cena/Orton... like we haven't seen this before but only when Orton was more relevant & better overall... but wait... how does this all play out with a F'N special guest host?! & Michael Strahan at that!

looks like my DVR will be in good use tonight. first catch up on the AMA's that i missed last night while i was busy trying to survive sitting through Survivor Series & then watch Raw at an undisclosed time when i can fast forward through the inevitable waste of segments.

Survivor Series should be the beginning of the road to Wrestlemania. SS should end and begin feuds that lead to the Rumble. The ground work for WM should always begin with SS. What they did in 1998-1999 leading up to WM 15 is exactly what they should be doing every year. They closed out the title vacancy angle that began in September, continued storylines, created new short term ones wrapped in long term ones. It was brilliance.

I know people will say i'm nuts or a moran but I really think this is the beginning of Cena turning heel. If u watched the SS match vs Alberto he at times acted a little different. Plus with him coming out after Orton's match makes me think its coming.

I also think Vince McMahon is going to surface either this month or next month to begin the feud against the authority.

Just some thoughts
