What happened to Drew Brees???

Not sure if this is a bug or not. In year 2 of my Cowboys dynasty, right before the season starts I looked at all of the rosters and Drew Brees is no where to be found. He's not on the retired list, IR, or anyone's depth chart.

Has anyone else seen this?

Yes, I had this happen with Brees in Madden 13 as well. I was controlling the Saints and he just vanished from my roster after the first season. Dont know what causes this glitch or how to reverse it but its a bummer.

Happens with Vick frequently too. Just make up a story as to why he's not playing football anymore. No need to worry about something you can't control.

We can't control it, but the developers can. There is a reason to worry about it, because it's a pretty big issue.

brees is still in my online ccm but there's a bunch of qb's that aren't any more vick's gone, romo, both manning's, Rivers, Cutler etc etc the list goes on. only 15 starting qb's are left in my ccm that are starting in the nfl now im in yr 7 of my ccm.

How is "only 15 starting qb's" that are "starting in the nfl now in yr 7" not realistic?

I made my own list of the players who are, as long as they're healthy, are going to most likely be starting in the league in 7 years.

well most those guys are starting in my cfm.... except smith and glennon they aren't even in the game anymore. but what I was getting at is most the qb's starting now left my cfm early and there's still some that are young that are gone. I think most left mine after like the 3rd season so that's a lot of starting qb's to just up and vanish in 2 yrs.

I thought they retired

Brees, Vick and few other guys vanished from my cfm

Now I know it's a bug.
