So I was stuck behind Durant on thunder so I asked for trade. Got traded to the hornets even though they are supposedly now the pelicans. Shows how 2k didn't put real work in.

No, it shows they missed something in their QA, doesnt mean they didn't put any work in.
Don't try to jump on the 'hate 2k' bandwagon just because one fault was found.

They also left the ad in for that NBA 2k Mylife facebook game in, game doesn't even exist anymore. I wouldn't say they didn't put any work in, I'd accept 2k13.5 though next gen looks like the real version of 2k14.
