2K dropped the ball, BIG time.

I know for a fact that I'm not the only one this has happened to. But I got my copy last night and the manual is in French and there is no online code listed on the back of the manual.

Getting a manual in French is absolutely inexcusable when you buy the game at an American retailer.

All of you should check your manuals if you haven't done so.

No, that's for the Ultimate Warrior.

I'm talking about the Online Pass that is printed on the back of manuals. My manual is in French and there is node code for the Online Pass.

You know for a fact that at least 2 people out of several hundred thousand have the manual in french.

I'll admit it's an error but this is pretty much the definition of 2K dropping the ball small time.

It certainly effects you and I'm not being unsympathetic as I would hate to be in your shoes but this isn't dropping the ball big time.

You could A) return the game to your retailer and exchange it for a copy with an English code.

B) Call 2K's customer service and explain the situation. I had to do this with Madden 13 last year and they gave me an extra code they had specifically for this reason.

It's actually a very wide spread issue, check the CAWwwe forums, I simply posted it here because this is where I post.

That's insane. Yeah, I would just call 2K. I'm sure they will give you the info you need, or send you an American copy.

Or like it was said, you could see if you can exchange it.

This sounds like something THQ would do, not 2K.

But on the bright side - it seems the game is pretty good.
