I'm running a league called B1G Ten country and we currently have coach openings folks! The Big Ten is set up in the new alignment for the 2014 season. We're currently holding at preseason of season 3 to get 2-5 new coaches/owners. PM me or reply if interested.

If the coaching skill bug was fixed, I would join in a heartbeat. However, until they get that under control, taking over a team in mid dynasty is pointless

It won't get fixed, waiting for a patch to come out for this game is pointless, the dev team is gone.

That being said, joining a dynasty is not pointless (by the way, even dynasties that restarted on here ended up with the XP glitch after year one, so there is no avoiding it) because the commish can change the starting level before advancing and guys can rejoin with a higher level. It's like a manual XP boost. That's how we handle it FTA and it works beautifully.

I still think its worth a join. We have spots open and are currently right in preseason before we start season 3. You can set up your recruit board now to get guys that fit your style of play.

I just may utilize that going into next season.
