Biggest Problems with FIFA 14

Hi everyone,

So basically FIFA 14 current gen has been out a long enough time for us to get hooked, lose interest and get hooked again. Anyone care to share their problems with the game? Not limited to FUT, thanks.

Personally, mine are : Defending against headers, poor keeper AI, defenders stuck behind your own goal.

WORST OF ALL, the amount of time wasted for throw in sequences where my player runs around and cant pick up the ball. I don't really need the realism part of throw ins if that's the case.

Still, i love FIFA 14 besides these 4 things really piss me off.

Lack of fouls and rain in over 70% of my games.

The lack of fouls is just hilariously stupid to me. You can have the same incident two or three times in a match go uncalled (even no advantage), then when it happens to the opponent in a scoring area, it's a stonewall foul.

I don't mind the rain by itself, but I play a lot of online matches, and the lack of ability to determine the elements is disappointing.

Yes i hate the rain!

Fouls seem dependent on referees to me though. Some of them give fouls for absolutely innocent collisions...

Against the user...but never against the cpu. Had a match a few days ago where I had 15 fouls to the cpu 2 and I had 5 yellow cards during that match. The cpu never gets called even if they run me over and smack my wife but if I even look at their wife I get booked. Terrible Ea just terrible

I second some already mentioned problems:

- too much rain
- throw in sequences are too long
- fighting for a header(something that theyll have to work on to make it more exciting/realistic and not a paper rock scissors thing, perhaps much more emphasis on timing and multiple button presses)
- lack of fouls and fouls being called on me that the other team actually committed

Things not mentioned:
- fixed match results
- every player on my team having good form, even if I've lost 3 games straight

I believe you can edit the weather before a game in any mode if you don't like the rain.

Hi, what do you mean by fixed match results? Anyway, i'm assuming you're dealing with career mode ^^

I've learnt to accept the fouls, just need to cut down on late sliding tackles cause i keep getting yellows after they pass the ball away.

Side-track, my keeper gave away a penalty just today when he punched a player after punching the ball out from a corner.
