Association Rotations

Fired up a new Association, first game against Miami, Teague, Snell and Murphy were all in the game within the first 3 minutes. Hoping it was random, It can't be this bad can it? I usually start managing minutes depending on performance, injuries etc a month in

It's not random. I'm pretty sure Tom Thibodeau has bench depth really high in his coach profiles. Try lowering bench depth if you don't want to see bench warmers to often. I usually keep it around 50 & adjust the minutes and rotations yourself. While you're at it adjust all the coach profile sliders for Thibodeau since they haven't bothered to adjust it for each coach. get all the defense categorizes really high in the 80s and 90s

What's causing players with many fouls early in games not to get automatically taken out?

2K Hasn't addressed rotations for many, many years after repeated requests to fix.

its a good game and I applaud their abilities but seems like they just decided to focus on adding features, and if the old programming not quite right, people will buy anyways.

hoping NG has fixed some of the problems starting with rotations/minutes carrying over to association as opposed to having to reset 450+ players' minutes every time you start an association.

I would think lead designer on this game would be embarrassed after all the years these issues have been present.
