Probably been talked about. I'm LSU an online dynasty. The first week, every thing was fine. Logged in for week 2 and my experience was 0/0. Any one else see this?

If it's an old dynasty (created before the patch that fixed facemasks), new users don't get experience when joining. It works fine in dynasties created after the patch, but the patch didn't fix the problem retroactively.

The best fixes that have been listed aren't 100%, and involve a lot of cooperation between several people in the dynasty, passing off Commish title to delete the file, then changing a setting and giving it back. It's usually too much of a PITA to pull off. Most people reset the starting level every season and anyone not getting exp leaves the dynasty and re-joins at that level.
