why would anyone do that?

since the first one on PC 2k9...The PC Version has less features but 100x better graphics.

And consoles get all the modes and stadium sounds....nothing has changed.

How so? The PC version is a PS3/360 port. The PS4/XBOne version is much better looking.

I don't understand this statement. The PS4 & Xbone version are miles beyond the PC version in the graphics department. Pretty much everything else too.
